ELIXTEN provides sub-arcminute astronomical ephemeris calculations, Western Placidus natal chart mappings, Chinese Four Pillars of Destiny (八字 BaZi) matrices, and Wu Xing thermodynamic elemental analyses. These services are provided through interactive web applications, digital reports, and educational guides.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom algorithms, visual astrolabe engines, Wu Xing balance calculations, UI designs, brand assets, and generated copy on ELIXTEN are the intellectual property of ELIXTEN. You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary calculation pipelines without explicit written authorization.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to flood calculation endpoints.
• Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or interfere with server integrity.
• Using our platform for any unlawful purpose under international regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELIXTEN and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
