Friend 比肩
The Friend, 比肩, is the same element and the same polarity as the Day Master. It is a peer, not a boss and not a child of the self. It backs you up, and it takes up the same room.
How it shows up
Friend shows up as a self that wants an equal. Independence is the first feeling: I can do this, and I would rather do it beside someone who does not outrank me. In work it is the colleague, the co-founder, the person who will stand in the same weather. How other people meet it
